The gate is constructed from a strong and secure box section steel framework and features numerous decorative elements to create a bold design statement at a very competitive online price. Available buy online in a choice of sizes, the Windsor garden gate design is primed black (undercoat) as standard and includes surface-mounted hinges for ease of installation whilst the sliding latch can be secured easily using a padlock for optimum levels of security.

Ordering Sizes

• Width: To establish the opening size, measure the gap between existing brickwork or posts. This measurement will be the size you need to order. Our "fits opening" dimension shown in the drop-down box already includes the space required for the hinges and latch; therefore, no other allowances should be made.

• Height: The "fitted height" is the height of the gate once installed to the top of the horizontal framework. We have included an allowance of 50mm (2") for ground clearance within this measurement. The scrollwork above the framework is not included within this measurement.

Example

If the opening size between the walls or posts measures 920mm (3ft), you will need to order a gate that "fits opening" 920mm (3ft).

Do You Need Metal Gate Posts?

When no existing support structure is in place, you will need to install metal posts. When selecting the size to order, please remember to factor in the additional space required for these items.

Example – A garden gate to fit an opening of 920mm combined with 2 x 80mm posts will need an overall space of 1080mm.
