Ordering Sizes

• Width: The "fits opening" size shown in the drop-down menu already includes the space required for the hinges and latch. See the ordering example below for clarification.

• Height: The "fitted height" includes an allowance of 50mm (2") for ground clearance. This measurement is taken from ground level to the top of the horizontal frame. This measurement does not include the ball top finials mounted above the framework.

Example

If the distance between your walls is 1067mm, select a gate that "fits opening" 1067mm.

Do You Need to Install Metal Gate Posts? 

If you need to order posts, please note that extra space will be required to accommodate these components.

Example – A garden gate to fit an opening of 1067mm combined with 2 x 50mm posts will need an overall space of 1167mm.
