• Primed black (undercoat) – You must paint all steel surfaces before installation. We recommend applying at least two coats of high-quality exterior-grade paint for optimum protection against corrosion.

Ordering Sizes

• Width: To establish the correct size to order, you should measure the opening between your existing masonry surfaces and select a size that matches this measurement from the drop-down menu at the top of the page. Additional calculations are not required as the space needed for the hinges and latch is already included in the "fits opening" dimension.

• Height: The "fitted height" dimension includes an allowance of 50mm (2") for ground clearance. 

Ordering Example

If the brick pillars are 3050mm apart, order gates that will "fit an opening of 3050mm".

Will you Require Metal Posts?

For installation purposes, please note that if you order metal posts, it's crucial to remember that additional space will be required.

Example – Gates to fit an opening of 3050mm combined with 2 x 150mm posts will require a total overall space of 3350mm.
