Ordering Sizes

• Width: The measurements in the menu indicate the size of the opening the gate is designed to fit into. These dimensions already incorporate the space needed for the hinges and latch, so please do not make any further allowances for these components. For further clarification, refer to the examples below.

• Height: The "fitted height" includes an allowance of 50mm (2") for ground clearance. We do not include the finials mounted above the top of the framework within this measurement.

Example

When the space between your walls measures 1070mm, you must select the width option "fits opening 1070mm". 

Do You Need Metal Gate Posts? 

Remember to account for the additional space required when installing metal posts.

Example – A side gate to fit an opening of 1070mm combined with 2 x 80mm posts will need a total space of 1230mm.
